SF6开关柜检漏回收系统真空箱设计

摘要 目前在输变电行业中,对于高电压大电流的开关设备都采用SF6气体绝缘金属封闭保护。其优点是占用空间少,布置紧凑,SF6气体作为绝缘和灭弧介质,能够实现高压开关的快合,快分,性能不受操作者的技术水平和力量限制,工作可靠性高。开关设备SF6气体的容器要求密封渗漏要小,以保证高压开关设备工作可靠、寿命长。 In China most of the switching equipment for high voltage/current power transmission/transformation are protected with SF6 gas insulation metal enclosures, in which the SF6 gas as an inslating and arc extinguishing medium can provide quick switch-on/off for high-voltage switches and high reliability without the limitation on operator's technical level. However, the container of SF6 gas is required to be lowest leakage to ensure its high reliability and long service life. A leak detection/ recovery system was thus designed specially for the large-size SF6 enclosed gas insulation switch cabinets. After the commissioning for near one year, the system has been proved of stable performance, rational structure of vacuum chamber and high sealability for power switch cabinets.
