摘要
通过对我国医疗器械监管现状以及存在的问题进行分析,对我国医疗器械监管体系改革提出一些建议。
By analyzing the supervisory status quo of Chinese medical device and the problem in the process of regulation.This paper tries to provide some comments and suggestions concerning the reform of the medical device regulatory system in China.
