对基本药物认知及临床应用情况的调查研究

Sampling Survey on Cognition and Cinical Application of Essential Medicines in China

了解医务人员对基本药物制度推行现状的看法,对完善国家基本药物制度提出建议。采用抽样问卷调研,对全国30所三级医疗机构的医务人员进行调查。被调查者认同基本药物对于保障人民群众用药所发挥的重要作用,但对于基本药物认知不全面,在临床中运用基本药物有待进一步加强。所调研的三级医疗机构较普遍地存在基本药物缺货现象。出现短缺的药品种类主要是用于特殊疾病的药品和价格低廉的普药。建议提升国家基本药物制度的法律地位,加强立法工作;加强医务人员对基本药物制度相关知识的培训与学习;基本药物定点生产并采用专用标识;规定药品经营企业备有特定储量的基本药物;指导临床合理使用基本药物;定期考察医疗机构基本药物应用状况。

The views and comments of the implementation of national essential medicine system in China were understood,and suggestions on improvement of national essential medicine system were proposed.The method of sample questionnaire was adopted to survey the medical professionals in 30 tertiary level general hospitals.The study indicates that the cognition towards essential medicines is inadequate,the supply of essential medicines is not sufficient and the clinical application is not extensive.The deficient essential medicines are those low-price general medicines,first-aid medicines and antidotes.The paper advocated that government should promote the legislation of essential medicine system,enhance the training on the knowledge about essential medicines,take measures to encourage enterprises to manufacture essential medicines,set certain storage of essential medicines as a regular item to drug handling enterprises,improve the clinical application of essential medicines by assessing the prescription regularly.
