摘要
对分光光度法测定甲硝唑片含量的测量不确定度进行评定分析,以期找出影响不确定度的因素。用分光光度法测定甲硝唑片的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。量化各不确定度分量,提出了该法的合成不确定度评估结果。建立的不确定度评估方法适用于本实验室分光光度法测定甲硝唑片含量的不确定度分析。
The measurement uncertainty in determination of Metronidazole Tablets with spectrophotometric method was analyzed,in order to find out the effect factors.Determination of the metronidazole tablets was carried out by spectrophotometric method,and the uncertainty was appraised according to JJF1059～1999.The various measurement uncertainties were quantified,and the evaluation results of measurement uncertainty were drawn.The uncertainty assessment method established can be used for uncertainty analysis of determination of Metronidazole Tablets with spectrophotometric.
