摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定降糖舒胶囊中葛根素的含量。色谱柱：Kromasil C18;流动相：乙腈-水（12∶88）;检测波长：250nm;流速：0.6mL·min^-1;柱温：40℃;含量测定线性范围：0.03～0.31μg（r=0.9993）,平均回收率98.92%,RSD=0.49%（n=6）。方法简便、准确、重现性好。
The determination of puerain in Jiangtangshu Capsules was established by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（12∶88）.The detection wavelength was 250nm.The flow rate was 0.6 mL·min^-1,and column temperature was 40℃.The linear range was 0.03～0.31μg（r=0.9993）.The average recovery rate was 98.92% and RSD was 0.49%（n=6）.The method is simple,accurate and good reproducibility.
