不同发育时期玉米子粒蛋白质含量的QTL分析 被引量:2

QTL Analysis of Protein Content in Maize Kernels at Different Developing Stages

摘要 以玉米杂交种农大108的一套重组自交系为材料,在南阳、郑州、浚县对该群体4个不同发育时期的子粒蛋白质含量进行了动态分析.结果表明,随着灌浆时间的延长,子粒蛋白质含量所占的比例逐渐降低.利用复合区间作图法,定位了16个子粒蛋白质含量的非条件QTL,其中有5个QTL在不同的时期或环境中均被检测到.利用条件QTL分析,在3个区间共检测到7个QTL,其中有1个QTL在两个环境中的相同发育区间同时检测到. A set of recombinant inbred line (RIL) population derived from an elite hybrid maize, Nongda 108,were used to dissect the genetic basis of protein content in maize kernels at different developing stages,and the RIL population was evaluated in three locations, Nanyany,Zhengzhou, and Sunxian County. The results showed that the percent of protein content at different developing stage kernels decreased gradually with the lengthening of grain filling time. A total of 16 different unconditional QTL associated with protein content were identified,five of which were detected at different developing stage and/or environments simultaneously. Using conditional QTL method,seven conditional QTL were identified at three-stage interval, one of which was detected at the same stage interval over two environments simultaneously.
