摘要
对四川凉山地区烤烟叶片发育过程中几种主要含氮化合物进行了定量分析,并研究了不同生育时期氮素在各种含氮化合物中的分配比例.结果表明,烟叶中总氮的相对含量随着生育期的推进而逐渐下降.在烟叶发育过程中,烟碱的含量逐渐升高,40~60d叶龄是烟碱含量形成积累的关键时期,氮在烟碱中的分配比例逐渐增加;NO2^--N和NO3^--N含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势。NO2^--N占总氮的比例变化不大,NO3^--N占总氮的比例呈逐渐增加的趋势,在40和80d叶龄时略有下降;总游离氨基酸和总氨基酸含量均逐步下降,氮在总游离氨基酸中的分配比例逐渐下降,在总氨基酸中呈先上升后下降的趋势.
The quantitative analysis and the ratio of different nitrogen compounds during development stages of flue-cured tobacco leaves from Sichuan Province were studied. The results showed that the content of nitrogen decreased during development stages. The content of nicotine increased during development stages. From 40 to 60 days, it was the crucial period of nicotine accumulation, and the distribution of nitrogen in nicotine gradually increased, too. Nitrite and nitrate content exhibited a pattern of increasing in the earlier stage and then decreasing. The proportion of NO2^- - N was smaller, and changed little. The proportion of NO3^- - N to total nitrogen increased during development stages. The contents of free amino acid and total amino acid gradually declined, the distribution of nitrogen in free amino acid gradually decreased, and the proportion of nitrogen in amino acid exhibited a pattern of increasing in the earlier stage and then decreasing.
