深圳市空气微生物污染状况监测分析 被引量:10

Monitoring Analysis of Air Microbial Pollution Conditions in Shenzhen City

摘要 用JWL-IIB新型固体撞击式多功能空气微生物监测仪于2006年1~12月对深圳火车站出口(A)、火车站候车厅(B)、地铁出口(C)、老街步行街(D)和深圳湿地湾(E)进行空气微生物监测,每季度1次,采样高度为距地面1.0m处。结果表明:深圳城区空气细菌、真菌和微生物总数年平均含量(efu/m3)分别为A(2830、980、3800)、B(2540、900、3440)、C(3800、1530、5340)、D(3120、830、3950)、E(720、450、1180);空气细菌、真菌和微生物总数含量(efu/m3)的季节性变化为夏季(4432、1424、5856)〉春季(2214、978、3192)〉冬季(2034,908,2942)〉秋季(1732、940、2172)。空气细菌以革兰阳性菌为主,其中优势菌群为芽胞杆菌属和微小杆菌属;真菌以曲霉属(黑曲霉)、芽枝霉属、木霉属为主。总的来看,深圳城区空气微生物质量相对较好,可基本达到较清洁级(Ⅱ)。 Air microbial monitoring was carried out once a quarter from January to December 2006 with a new type solid, thumping style, and multi-functional air microbe monitor JWL-IIB. The sampling was taken one meter above the ground in five public sites (A) railway station exit, (B) railway station waiting hall, (C) subway exit, (D) Lao- jie walking street, and (E) Shenzhen Shidiwan (wetland gulf). The results showed that the total annual average num- bers of bacteria and fungi in city proper of Shenzhen ( in efu/m3 ) were (A) 2 830,980,3 800, (B) 2 540,900, 3 440, (C) 3 800,1 530,5 340, (D) 3 120,830,3 950, and (E) 720,450,1 180 respectively; and the total num- ber and change of bacteria and fungi ( in efu/m3 ) in summer was 4 432,1 424,5 856 〉 in spring 2 214,978,3 192 〉 in winter 2 034,908,2 942 〉 in autumn 1 732,940,2 172. Among the bacteria mainly were Gram-positive and the dominant populations were Bacillus and Exiguobacterium. And among the fungi mainly were Aspergillus (A. niger) , Cladosporium, and Trichoderma. Therefore, generally speaking the air microbial quality in Shenzhen City was rela- tively good, basically met the clean level (Ⅱ).
