畜禽骨骼开发利用的研究进展

Development and utilization prospect of animal bones

我国畜禽骨骼资源丰富,其营养物质含量丰富,尤其是蛋白和钙含量较高,但目前对于畜禽骨的开发利用局限性较大。针对国内外的骨骼开发利用状况进行阐述,重点对全骨产品和骨提取物产品进行了简介,全骨产品主要包括:骨泥和骨粉产品;而骨提取物包括畜禽骨蛋白质的开发、骨脂肪的提取,对骨钙的利用,以及对骨中其他成分的利用。

Animals＇bone was rich in China, being rich in nutrients, especially high content of protein and calcium. However the development and utilization of developing the resources of bone, the status quo and animals＇ bone was limited at present. In order to intensify development of bone utilization were studied in this paper. Development and utilization of the animals＇ bone was discussed at home and abroad, with an emphasis on introdu- cing the whole bone and bone extract products. The whole bone products mainly included bone cement and bone powder products, and animals＇ bone extract products included the bone protein, bone fat, osteocalcin, and other ingredients.
