HK)at the cash amount of HK $19.6 billion including all stocks in issue,convertible bonds and options. People should understand and respect Zhu's decision.But we need to consider this case more deeply-Why such a huge domestic market can not support an independent Huiyuan Juice? Is it doomed to be taken by western industrial capital? Or does it proove the domestic brand's fate however they are excellent? Zhu seemed to abandon Huiyuan Juice,which in fact could guarantee its safety.He handled well with his company and shareholders.Thus the public needs to treat him in a tolerant way.Furthermore,social environment should foster those more"Zhu Xinli"s, who are still on the way,struggling for their career.The glass ceiling which Zhu Xinli and Huiyuan Juice was not able to overcome and the dream which they haven't realized,are waiting for the followers to break through.
