摘要 暴发性1型糖尿病以急骤起病、代谢紊乱严重、胰酶升高并缺乏糖尿病相关抗体为特征,属于1B型糖尿病。本文对暴发性1型糖尿病的临床及免疫学特征、发病机制、诊断要点、与妊娠及分娩的关系、治疗及预后等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。 Fulminant type 1 diabetes which is characterized by the abrupt onset of disease,severe diabetic ketoacidosis,high serum pancreatic enzyme concentrations,absence of diabetes-related antibodies is classified as type 1B diabetes.This article aimed to review the recent studies on clinical and immunologic characteristics,diagnostic criteria,the treatment and prognosis,the associations with pregnancy and delivery of fulminant type 1 diabetes.
