摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)是当今社会严重危害人体健康的疾病。冠心病是一种慢性炎症性疾病,脂质过氧化及炎症反应与冠状动脉粥样斑块的形成、进展、不稳定性密切相关。血红蛋白清道夫受体(HbSR)又名CD163,近年研究发现它能够清除血液循环中有过氧化毒性的血红蛋白并调节抗炎分子的表达,发挥抗炎、抗氧化作用。因此,CD163系统有望成为冠心病防治的新靶点。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) seriously threaten people's health nowadays.CHD is generally accepted as a chronic inflammatory disease.Lipid peroxidation and inflammation are closely associated with the development and stabilization of coronary astherosclerotic plaque.Recent researches revealed that haemoglobin scavenger receptor(CD163) which not only can scavenge haemoglobin in circulation and depress its peroxidation toxicity but also can regulate the expression of anti-inflammatory molecules may play an important role in anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation.So haemoglobin scavenger receptor system may be a new target for CHD prevention and therapy.
