功能磁共振在轻度认知障碍记忆功能研究中的进展

Functional MRI in the research of memory cognition mild of cognitive impairment's patients

轻度认知障碍(MCI)是最近提出的一个老年病学概念,目前主要通过患者主诉和心理学量表诊断。功能磁共振(fMRI)可以活体动态研究患者执行记忆功能时脑区的激活变化情况,具有早期诊断MCI的潜力。本文对运用fMRI研究MCI患者记忆功能的文献进行回顾,首先列举MCI亚类型和记忆的关系,然后叙述记忆的分类和脑区定位,最后综述利用fMRI研究各种MCI记忆功能障碍的文献,并提出未来的可能研究方向。

Mild cognitive impairment（MCI） is a geratology concept proposed recently.It is usually diagnosed by chief complaint of patients and psychological scaling methods.Functional magnetic resonance imaging（fMRI） can explore brain＇s activation of patients in vivo during executiving memory tasks and can be a promising diagnostic tools.This article reviewed a series papers researching on changes of various memory functions of MCI with fMRI.Firstly,it showed the relationship between subtype of MCI and memory functions, then it discussed the categories of the memory and corresponding brain areas of various memory functions, finally,it summarized various papers about memory impairment of MCI researched with fMRI and proposing the potential direction of research.
