基于无出血手术的高频电下鼻甲剪切仪的研制与应用

传统的下鼻甲手术剪只能单纯机械性剪切，由于鼻腔狭深、血运丰富，必然造成易出血而难止血。本文介绍一种基于无出血手术的新型的鼻科手术仪器──高频电下鼻甲剪切仪。该义器采用高频电控制技术及光源、负压吸引装置，具有剪切、止血、照明和吸引多种功能。临床应用表明：该仪器对解决术中、术后出血问题，具有良好效果。
