摘要
心房麻痹（atrial paralysis）又称心房静止（atrial standstill），是临床上少见的心律失常，至1991年全球报告约100例，目前尚无发病率和患病率的报告。其以心房电、机械活动消失和对电刺激的反应缺失为特征。1897年Cushny在动物实验中首次描述了由洋地黄中毒所致的心房麻痹，1946年Chavez等首次报道1例持续型心房麻痹患者。
