摘要 利用超声藕合膜分离技术回收橡子淀粉生产过程中浸泡废水的单宁。把橡子超声浸泡液过一级膜除杂,再经过二级膜浓缩,喷干得到产品单宁。经检测产品单宁含量达单宁纯度为88.73%,高于企业标准,收率为11.3%。本方法提高了橡子淀粉生产企业的经济效益,实现了清洁生产。 The tannins of immersion waste water in acorn starch production are extracted by using ultrasound technology coupled membrane separation technology. The ultrasonic acorn immersion is purified by the first membrane equipment, and then concentrated by the second membrane equipment, at last used of spray evaporating to obtained tannins. The production was detected that the purity of tannins to 88.73% which is higher than industry standard and the rate of harvest is 11.3%.The method heighten the economy benefit and realized cleanly production.
