通塞脉片治疗原发性干燥综合征25例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Tongsaimai Tablets for Primary Sjogren Syndrome:An Observation of 25 Cases

目的:观察通塞脉片治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:25例患者均给予通塞脉片治疗,疗程为3月。结果:显效4例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率为84%。治疗后患者外分泌腺功能各项指标积分均显著改善(P<0.01),患者血沉、Schirmer试验、口腔唾液流率等实验室指标也有不同程度改善(P<0.05)。结论:通塞脉片治疗原发性干燥综合征疗效确切,且无明显毒副作用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongsaimai Tablets (TT)for primary Sjogren syndrome(PSS).Methods:Twenty-five PSS patients re- ecived TT,and the treatment lasted 3 months.Results:After treatment,four pe- tients were markedly effective,17 effective,4 ineffective and the total effective rate was 84%.The scores of execrine glands function were improved(P<0.01),and the laboratory parameters such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Schirmer test and ex- cretion rate of saliva were also improved to various degrees(P<0.05).Conclu- sion:TT has a certain effect for primary Sjogren syndrome,showing no obvious toxic or adverse action.
