钢包炉电磁搅拌磁场与流场的数值模拟 被引量:3

Numerical simulation of magnetic field and flow field in electromagnetic stirring in ladle furnace

摘要 钢包炉电磁搅拌(electromagnetic stirring in ladle furnace,LF-EMS)是钢包精炼过程中的一种重要的搅拌方式。对某厂90t钢包炉电磁搅拌器的磁场与流场的数值模拟结果表明,钢液在电磁力的作用下,形成一个大的单一循环流动,钢包内的速度和湍流动能分布均匀。 Electromagnetic stirring in ladle furnace (LF-EMS) is an important stirring means of ladle furnace refining process. The magnetic field and flow field of a 90 t LF- EMS in a specific steel-makinfg plant are studied by numerical simulation in this paper. It is found that the melt flow turns to be a large and single loop in ladle furnace under the action of the electromagnetic stirring. The distribution of velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in ladle furnace is homogeneous.
