贲门腺癌经典多药耐药机制的研究

摘要 目的研究贲门腺癌经典多药耐药机制。方法用流式细胞术检测55例贲门腺癌患者癌组织和距离肿瘤5cm以上癌旁正常组织P糖蛋白。结果55例贲门腺癌组织P糖蛋白阳性表达率为50.9%,癌旁正常组织未见P170表达,两者差别有统计学意义。结论贲门腺癌存在经典多药耐药机制,检测癌组织P糖蛋白对化疗药物选择及逆转多药耐药具有重要意义。 Objective To study the typical muhidrug resistance mechanism of cardiac adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of P170 protein in 55 cases of cardiac adenocarcinoma was detected by flow cytometry. Results The positive expression rate of P170 protein was 50. 9% in 55 cases of cardiac cancer tissue. Normaltissue near cancer has no positive expression of P170 protein. There was an obvious difference between normal and cancer tissue. Conclusion There was typical multidrug resistance mechanism in cardiac adenocarcinoma, detection of P170 protein expression in cancer tissue had significance in selection of chemotherapeutic drugs andMDR reversion.
