努力为科学发展培养“三宽”型干部

Working Hard to Cultivate "Three-wide" Cadre for Scientific Development

开阔眼界、开阔思路、开阔胸襟是中共中央政治局委员、书记处书记,中央组织部部长,中国浦东、井冈山、延安干部学院院长李源潮同志对新时期领导干部提出的新要求,是对干部教育培训工作提出的新任务。做好培养"三宽"型干部工作,必须认真学习贯彻全国干部教育培训工作会议精神,把会议精神贯穿到教学培训管理等各项工作中。要着眼于新形势新任务,提高对培养"三宽"型干部重大意义的认识;要用马克思主义中国化的最新成果教育干部、武装头脑;要着力提高干部的知识素养和实践能力,帮助广大干部学习和掌握新知识;要进一步丰富教学内容,不断创新教学方法。要树立办学的新理念,使教育培训达到新水平,使教育培训工作更好地为科学发展服务、为干部健康成长服务。

Wide field of vision, wide thinking and wide mind are new requirements placed on the leading in the new period by Li Yuan - chao, who is member of the Central Political Bureau, secretary of the cadres Central Secretariat, and director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and president of China Executive Leadership Academies Pudong, Jinggangshan and Yan＇ an, and are also new tasks for the work of cadre education and training. To do well the work of cultivating ＂three - wide＂ cadre, we must study and carry through the spirit of the National Conference on Cadre Education and Training carefully, and embody the spirit of the Conference in the work of teaching and training management. We must put into our mind the new situation and new tasks, and enhance the cognition of the importance meaning of cultivating ＂three - wide＂ cadre. We must educate the cadre and arm our mind with the newest results of sinification of Marxism, make efforts to improve the cadre＇ s knowledge qualities and practical abilities, help them to learn and master new knowledge, further enrich the contents of teaching and create new methods of teaching. We must set up new ideas of education, reach a higher level of education and training, and make it serve the scientific development and cadre＇ s growth better.
