摘要
随着小(微)型化的电子元器件组成的集成电路在电子设备中的广泛应用,以及空间中越来越复杂的电磁环境,使得电子设备所面临的各种瞬态干扰信号也随之增多。瞬态干扰对电子设备的正常工作构成了严重的威胁,其防护日显重要。本文首先提出了瞬态干扰的特点及其危害,然后根据瞬态干扰和齐纳二极管的特性,介绍了齐纳二极管瞬态干扰抑制原理,并给出了相应的防护电路,最后通过对实际例子的分析表明齐纳二极管能够有效的抑制瞬态干扰。
With the large-scale application of small(micro)electronic components in the electronic equipment and increasingly complex electromagnetic environment in the space, the transient interference that electronic equipments facing are increased too. So,the electronic equipments are serious threatened by transient interference, and its protection is becoming more and more im- portant. In the paper, the characteristics of transient interference and its hazards were fist mentioned, and then the principle of zener diodes in suppressing transient interference are introduced, basing on the characteristics of zener diodes and transient interference. Finally, some corresponding protection circuits are given, and the conclusion is proven correct via practical examples analyzing.
