摘要
本文基于ARM7TDMI内核的LPC2368和μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,设计了多路温度测控系统,给出了系统的硬件电路和软件设计方法。该系统由测温器件、ARM微处理器LPC2368、键盘和显示部分组成。测温器件选用PT100,温度控制采用了积分分离的PID控制算法,可通过键盘改变PID参数,实时动态显示现场温度。温度控制范围为0~400℃。实验表明,该控制系统能很好的满足温度智能控制的要求。采用多点测温可大大提高控制精度,可以满足不同场合的需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
Multi-channel temperature measuring and controlling system was designed based on the LPC2368 of the advanced ARM7TDMI and the real-time kernel μC/OS-Ⅱ opertion embedded system. The hardware circuit and software was given in this paper. This system was made up of the unit of measuring temperature, the ARM-based microprocessor LPC2368, unit for keyboard and displaying. The unit for measuring temperature chosen PT100, temperature controlling adopted the integral separating PID control, The PID parameters can be changed by keyboard, displaying the temperature of the scene in real-time and dynamical. The rang of controlling temperature is 0 centigrade to 400 centigrade. The testing results indicate that the temperature control system can well satisfy the request of intellective control of temperature, it adopts multi-point temperature measurement, which can improve the precision of temperature control and satisfy different kinds of demand. So the system has broad prospects for application.
