摘要
目的:研究极低频脉冲电磁场对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:磁场强度为4高斯,频率为5Hz的极低频脉冲电磁场连续全身作用4周龄小鼠60天后,测定小鼠血清抗体(IgG、IgM、IgA)的含量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果:磁场组的IgG、IgM含量、脾脏指数显著高于对照组(p<0.01);磁场组腹腔内巨噬细胞吞噬率显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:磁场强度为4高斯,频率为5Hz的极低频脉冲电磁场对小鼠的免疫功能有增强作用。
Object: To investigate the effects of extremely low frequency(ELF) pulsed electromagnetic fields(EMF) on immunological function in mice. Methods: 4_week_old mice were whole_body exposed to ELF fields with frequency of 5Hz, intensity of 4 Gs for 60 days. The contents of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG), IgM and IgA, the function of abdominal cavity macrophage, the thymus index and the spleen index were measured respectively. Results: The contents of IgG, IgM in serum, the spleen index in magnetic group were significantly higher than that of control(p〈0.0l); A significant enhancement of phagocytosis rate was observed in magnetic group(p〈0.05). Conclusions: ELF pulsed electromagnetic fields of 4Gs ,5Hz can reinforce immunological function in mice.
