摘要
本文所述测定溴化物的方法是基于气态溴分子对钙空心阴极灯发射的422.7nm谱线的吸收,检出限为1.8ppm。
The method developed for direct determination of bromide was based on vapour molecular absorption. Bromide was first oxidized to Br_2 by a strong oxidizer in a strong acidic solution. The resulting Br_2 was then introduced into a special cell of an atomic absorption spectrometer. The bromide was determined by measuring the absorbance of Br_2 vapour at the emission line of 422.7nm of calcium hollow cathodic lamp. The detection limit was shown to be 1.8μg/ml. The method has been satisfactorily employed directly to analyse practical samples.
