摘要
本文着重论述使用信号分离技术对传感器的信号进行电分离后,得到与液体密度和粘度有关的两个独立的电信号,即两个方程。把这两个电信号用微机技术进行分解和数据处理,这样,就可以用单一传感器同时测量液体的密度和粘度两个理化参数。文中叙述了测量传感器的简单结构,对电路进行了分析。这种仪器具有响应速度快、精度高、使用方便等特点。由这种传感器制造的仪器可广泛用于石油、化工食品等各领域。
The paper presents a method of processing the signals from the sensor using thetechnology of demultiplex, eventually measuring the two physical parameters-density and vis-cosity of liquid simultaneously using a single sensor. The simple structure of the sensor and thecircuit of the instrument are analysied. The instrument with this kind of sensor has the fea-tures of fast response, high precision and easy operation,it can be widely used in the oil field,chemical plant, food industry, ect..
