摘要
本文提出了通过电阻抗测量人体细胞内外液分布的新方法,并以cole-cole提出的阻抗轨迹图和RC三元件网络为基础,研究了人体细胞内外液分布测量仪。该系统在微机控制下实现了全自动测量和系统校正,提高了测量精度。采用多次测量平均技术,提高了抗干扰能力和信噪比。用光耦合实现电气隔离,隔离部分用隔离式DC/DC供电,激励电流选为100μA,保证了被测者的安全。
In this paper, a new method was proposed for the measurement of intra- andextr- cellular fluid distrbution by means of electrical impedance. An impedance measuring in-strument to measure the intra- and extra- cellular fluid distribution of human body has beenset up based on Cole-Cole locus plot and RC model. The whole system is controlled by a micro-computer to implement the full automation, and the software method is adopted for zero-compensation and calibration. To ensure safety, the optical couplers and DC/DC convenertorare used for electrical isolation, with an exciting current of 100μA, far below the safetythreshold. The result shows that the instrument is of conenvice, high accuracy, and good re-peatability.
