复合薄膜用双组分水性聚丙烯酸酯型聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备 被引量:3

Preparation of Polyacrylate-Type Two-component Aqueous Polyurethane Adhesive for Laminated Film

摘要 丙烯酸酯型双组分水性聚氨酯胶黏剂以其性能优异、抗老化、无毒无污染、低成本等优势而成为复合薄膜用胶黏剂的发展方向之一。利用丙烯酸酯类单体通过预乳化法合成了聚丙烯酸酯乳液为主剂、以水溶性多异氰酸酯为固化剂的丙烯酸酯型双组分复合薄膜用水性聚氨酯胶黏剂。讨论了功能性单体丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEA)对丙烯酸酯乳液的黏度、胶膜吸水性及胶黏剂T剥离强度等性能的影响。结果表明:当HEA含量为0.64%时胶黏剂性能较好。 The polyacrylate - type two - component aqueous polyurethane adhesive was one of the development directions of the adhesives for laminated film because of its excellent performances and it was antiaging, nontoxic, no pollution, low cost, etc. The polyacrylate - type two - component aqueous polyurethane adhesive for laminated film was synthesized by pre - emulsification with acrylate monomer, in which the polyacrylate emulsion was employed as the main agent and the water soluble polyisecyanate was used as the curing agent. The effects of functional monomer HEA on the viscosity of acrylate emulsions, water absorption of the film and T - style peel strength of the adhesive were discussed. It was found that the properties of the adhesives were optimal when the content of HEA was 0, 64%.
