苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯的三嵌段共聚物(SBS),可很好地溶于非苯混合溶剂,特别适宜制作环保型胶黏剂。SBS售价大致是氯丁橡胶售价的一半偏上,具有明显的价格优势。用SBS胶黏剂在制鞋领域取代氯丁胶黏剂的研究非常活跃。研究了增黏树脂的种类、SBS类型及配比、增黏树脂与SBS配比、同含量和JQ-6等对各种制鞋面料与化学片粘接性能的影响。SBS801与SBS792的质量比为1:3~2:1较为适宜,增黏树脂占25%~30%为宜,理论固含量为25%-30%为宜,JQ-6用量为0.5%左右为宜,所制得SBS胶黏剂对各种制鞋面料与化学片粘接性能超过氯丁胶,且耐水、耐盐性能良好。
Styrene- bivinyl- styrene copolymer(SBS) can easily dissolve in benzene- free mixed solvent, and especially suite to prepare environment friendly adhesive. SBS's price is about above half of chloroprene rubber's and has apparently price dominance. Research on SBS adhesive insteading of chloroprene rubber is very popular. The effects of types of tackifying resin, types of SBS and proportion, ratio of tackifying resion to SBS, solid content and JQ -6 on the adhesion properties of shoemaking materials bonding to chemical sheet are studied. When the mass ratio of SBS 801 to SBS 792 is 1 : 3 - 2: 1, tackifying resin content is 25% - 30%, theoretical solid content is 25% -30% and JQ -6 content is 0.5%, the bonding performance of the synthesized SBS adhesive for shoemaking is better than that of chloroprene rubber, and its water and salt resistance are excellent.
