摘要
为了省去除锈、除油、干燥等涂漆前处理工序,减轻劳动强度,降低涂装成本,以环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为成膜物,磷酸-单宁酸为转化液,多品种搭配使用颜料,研制成功了一种钢铁带锈带油带水涂料。探讨了主要成分对铁锈转化能力及涂膜质量的影响。实验结果表明:随着磷酸含量的增加,试片表面的气孔也增加,当磷酸:单宁酸为1:1时,锈转化层和基体结合牢固,而且表面无气孔;环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的使用比例为1.0:1.8~2.0时,漆膜附着牢固,柔韧性、耐水性好,耐腐蚀性能优良。
A coating was developed for surfaces of steel attaching rust, water and oil to avoid the treatment before painting ( such as derusting, removing oil, drying), decrease the labour intensity and cost. During the preparation, the epoxy resin and polyvinyl butyral was selected as the film former and phosphoric acid - tannin acid was used as the transformation liquid, and various dyes were applied. The effects of the main component on the rust conversion and coatings properties were studied. The results showed that with increasing the content of phosphoric acid, the quantities of pore of steel sample increased. When ratio of the phosphoric acid to tannin acid was 1 : 1, the rust conversion film attached to the steel well and no pore. When the ratio of the epoxy resin to polyvinyl butyral was 1 : 1.8 - 2.0, the paint - film attached to the steel well and had the excellent flexibility, water and corrosion resistance.
