摘要
因中厚板层流冷却区域短,且电动调节阀具有磁滞特性,故很难应用反馈控制方式。为此开发了一种新的基于PLC的流量数据采集和流量调节方式。测试表明,该方法流量控制精度95%以上在±2%以内。
The feedback control is difficultly used in laminar cooling system because the cooling zone is short and electric adjuster has hysteresis. A new method of flux collection and regulation based on PLC is put forward,and the flux control precision can be controlled within ±2%.
