简要介绍了连轧管机生产技术的发展史,重点介绍了近代限动芯棒连轧管机的产生及轧制范围。通过对现代化机组技术特点的分析,得出先进的自动化控制软件是提高连轧管机生产水平及产品性能的关键,而大口径的限动芯棒连轧管机的生产技术代表了当今钢管生产的最高水平。
The history of continuous pipe rolling is briefly introduced. The development of modern retaining mandrel MPM is mainly discussed. It is pointed out that the advanced control softwares are the key to improve pipe quality by MPM,and the big diameter retaining mandrel MPM presents the top level of the pipe production technology.
