摘要
介绍了在集中传动的小型半连轧线上生产Φ10mm带肋钢筋采用三切分轧制工艺的孔型系统、导卫设计要点及生产中应注意的问题,现已连续生产6万余吨,成材率达101.7%,合格率达99.6%。
The pass system and guide design key points were introduced of applying three-strand splitting rolling technology for Ф10mm ribbed bar on semi-continuous small section steel rolling line.
