央行双重目标下货币供给量作为中间目标的有效性分析被引量：1

摘要随着对外开放程度的不断加深,我国的金融体系已遭遇到来自外部及其自身诸多不稳定因素的影响。而我国中央银行的最终目标也由过去的"稳定币值,并以此促进经济增长"转变为币值稳定与金融稳定所共同构成的双重目标体系。由此,本文将对货币供给量以及与央行双重目标相关的指标进行实证分析,进而发现货币供给量的有效性已逐渐减弱,这与货币供给量的可控性下降、货币供给结构的变化不无关系。
