摘要 本文介绍焊条熔敷金属碳含量,电特性参数及焊接坡口角度对3.5%Ni钢焊接接头低温韧性影响的试验数据及分析讨论。结果表明:降低碳含量、增大焊接坡口角度,以及在埋弧焊中采用交流电源和高焊接电压均能改善焊接接头的低温韧性。 The experimental data and some discussions about the effects of carbon content of the deposited metal, the electrical factors and the welding groove angle on the low temperature toughness of 3. 5%Ni steel welding joints are presented in this paper.The results show that reducing the carbon content, enlarging the welding groove angle, and using alternating current as well as high welding voltage in submerged arc welding are all beneficial to improve the low temperature toughness.
