摘要
本文探讨食品高压处理用绕丝容器的设计及试验。运用程序设计方法,对实际缠绕过程进行分析计算,解决实际缠绕与理论设计存在的偏差问题,实验测得的钢丝缠绕应变值与理论值符合。这种型式的高压容器不论对于高压食品处理的操作安全性还是对于降低其设备成本来说,都具有优越之处。
In this paper, the design and test technologies of the wire-wound ultrahigh pressure vessel are presented, which is used for food processign. By programming method, the stress distribution during practical winding process is analyzed and Thus the deviation problem caused by the difference between the practical winding and theoretical design solved. Through experiment, it is obtained that the experimental strain values agree well with the theretical values. This type of high-pressure vessel has advantages not only in the operation safety of high-pressure food processing but also the decrease of equipment cost.
