摘要
作者以医用硅橡胶管为根管模型,分别充填以磁性胶体根管充填材料、常用根管充填材料或为空管做对照,进行了8只家兔的皮下埋植实验。埋植后的第7天、14天、30天和90天分期处死动物观察埋植体周围组织的炎细胞浸润数、纤维包膜厚度和碱性磷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氫酶的活性变化。结果表明组织对磁性胶体根管充填料的反应轻微,磁性胶体根管充填料与组织的生物相容性优于常用根管充填材料。
Medical used silicon rubber tubes,filled with magnetic gluey as a root canal material,were implanted in the subcutaneous tissue of eight rabbits.The hollow tubes or thetubes filled with the conventional filling material were used as control.After the periodsof 7 days,14 days,30 days and 90 days,tissue reactions were examined in respect todegrees of inflammatory cell infiltration,thickness of fibrous membranes,activities ofalkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase.The results showed that the tissue'sreactions to the magnetic gluey material was moderate and was slighter than the controled.It suggests that biocompatibility of the magnetic gluey material as root canal fillingmaterial is better than the conventional one.
