摘要
本文针对近年来亚铵法造纸蒸球事故频发的现状,在分析研究事故原因的基础上,提出防止蒸球发生爆炸和泄漏失效的对策,对碳素钢蒸球的结构和材料进行改进和试验研究,研制了新型结构的不锈钢复合板蒸球,提高蒸球抗蚀耐磨性能和安全性能。
Because the accidents of spherical digesters made of carbon steel and used for (NH_4)_2SO,_3 method take place frequently, the accident causes are analyzed for preventing leakage failure and explosion accident. Based on the analyses, new digesters are developed by using stainless steel clad plate and with structural improvement. The corrosion and wear resistance and safety of the new spherical digester are improved.
