高等学校加强人力资源管理专业实践教学的途径和措施 被引量:25

摘要 实践教学对提高人力资源管理专业人才培养质量,增强人力资源管理专业理论教学效果有着十分重要的作用。但是,由于实践教学的师资力量弱,实践教学内容设计难度大,组织难度高等原因,实践教学仍然是许多高校人力资源管理专业教学中的薄弱环节。加强人力资源管理专业实践教学必须要建立和健全实践教学管理制度,强化实践教学管理;要建设高水平的实践教学师资队伍,建立人力资源管理专业实践教学平台;要建立产学研合作教育培养人才的政策法规,提高产业界和企业界在人才培养中的责任意识。 Practice teaching has playing an improving role in Human Resource Management special field personnel training mass and strengthening the effect in theory teaching of Human Resource Management special field. Because teaching in the practice teaching courses is weak, designing the content of practice teaching courses and organizing the practice teaching courses are very difficult; practice teaching is still weakness in a lot of colleges and universities' Human Resource Management special field. Reinforce Human Resource Management special field practice teaching must be going to build and improve practice teaching management system, strengthen practice teaching management; and need to build the high tone practice teaching ranks of reachers , build a platform for practice teaching of Human Resource Management special field; And we need to build a system to personnel training of cooperating with industrial, educating and researching sections, raising the respnnsibility of the personnel training in industrial circles and business circles.
