加氢裂化反应器的焊接残余应力和水压试验应力测试

Measurement of Welding Residual Stress and Proof Test Stress in Hydrocracker

本文报道了加氢裂化反应器焊接残余应力及工作应力的测试结果。该反应器最后一道环焊缝是在安装现场组焊的，只进行了半封闭式的局部焊后热处理。测试结果表明，大部分测点的残余应力均得到了较好的消除，但最后一道焊缝的一些测点焊接残余应力消除效果较差。

This paper reports the measurement of welding residual stress and proof test stress in a hydrocrack reactor,in which the last welded joint was carried out in site and only local post weld heat treatment was made. The results of measurement show that,the residual stress was eliminated well in near all of the measured points. and that it did not eliminate well in some points of the last welded joint.
