摘要
本文根据磨料流加工的原理建立了简化的固体塞分析模型,并按非牛顿流体分析理论对典型的圆孔加工进行了压力和流速的分析,获得了一些有用的结论。利用本文的分析结果,可以对磨料流加工的特性作进一步的分析和研究,具有一定的实际意义。
The paper describes the setting up of a simplified kind of analytical model of solid plus based on the principles of abrasive flow,and after analyzing,on the basis of the non Newtonian theory for fluid analysis,the pessure and rate of flow in making a typical circular hole,yields a number of useful conclusions.The paper is of practical importance sense,with these conclusions,frther analysis and investigation of characterisics inherent in abrasive flow processing can be made.
