摘要 本文系统阐述了基于二维特征的齿轮参数化绘图的方法,该方法以特征作为参数化绘图的单元模型,实现了齿轮零件的二维参数化绘图,并将特征参数信息自动传入CAPP数据库,实现了CAD/CAPP的集成。 The productiveness of CAD system is greatly dependent on the efficiency of partscreation and modification,on which interactive parameterized method show great convenience.The method only requires user to assure the correctness of the topology,and not to consider the exact position of geometry elements of the part when defining a typical part.Having finished the necessary dimension of parameters,user can generate part group with same structure and different parameters. After analyzing the existing parametrized drawing method,this paper propose the idea of 2D feature based parametrized drawing system of gear which is the CAD part of Changzhou Gear Factory CAD/CAPP System.This mehtod takes feature as the basic unit model of parameterized drawing of gear parts,and sends the information of feature parameters to CAPP database automatically,realizing the integration of CAD and CAPP.
