口腔扁平苔藓患者活血化瘀治疗前后血液流变学多因素分析

Analysis of Multiple Factors in Hemorheology in the Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

本文采用多元逐步回归分析法对55例口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者及50例正常成人所测得15项流变学因素进行了统计处理。结果显示:血清 CIC、红细胞电泳时间、全血粘度(低切)、红细胞比积、血清 IgG 为影响 OLP 发生、发展的重要因素。活血化瘀中药—复方苔藓片对于 OLP 患者有一定疗效。对OLP 患者进行改善血液粘滞性,改善微循环障碍的治疗可能为一新的有效治疗途径。

In this paper,15 hemorheologic factors were analysed in 55 patients with OLP and 50healthy persons by multiple stepwise regression analysis.Some important factors connectedwith OLP were selected into regression equation,there were serum CIC,erythyrocyte elec-trephoretic time,blood viscosity at low shear rate and hematocrit,serum IgG in properorder.It is important to pay attention to changes of these factors in the occurrence anddevelopment of OLP.On the other hand,Tai Xian tablet(复方苔藓片)have some effects onpromoting the blood circulation and relieving the stasis for the patients with OLP.Using theregression equation as a judgement index of the clinical efficacy in dynamic study may besignificant.
