情景教学法在实习护生医院感染知识教育中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨情景教学法在实习护生医院感染知识教育中的应用效果。方法:将84名实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各42名,实验组采用情景教学法进行医院感染知识教育;对照组采用常规教学法进行医院感染知识教育,比较两组授课效果。结果:实验组学生对情景教学法予以多方面的肯定,理论成绩优于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:情景教学法可使实习护生提高医院感染控制意识,规范无菌技术操作,掌握标准预防措施,减轻进入真实工作情景的焦虑。 Objective: To explore the effect of scene teaching method to the education on nosocomial infection for nursing students in clinical practice. Methods: Eighty four nursing students in clinical practice were randomly divided into experiment group and control group (42 for each). Scene teaching method was adopted in experiment group and conventional teaching method was used in control group. The teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of students' appraisal and academic record between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : The scene teaching method can enhance the student's awareness of the prevention of nosocomial infection so as to standardize their aseptic technique operation and relieve the students' anxiety when they are in real situation.
