The Calculating Program for Diffraction Efficency of Gratings Used in Short Band

求文结合光栅电磁理论中的微分方法，采用具有较高稳定性和精确度的数值算法，编制了可用于计算短波段光谱范围的任意槽形光栅衍射效率分布特性的软件，其计算结果具有相当的准确性；该软件可从理论上分析入射角、糟深、闪耀角及光栅周期对衍射效率的影响。

The program for calculating diffraction efficiency of arbitrary gratings is compiled. It is based on the differential formalism of exact electromagnetic theory.The rational algorithm is adopted, and the accuracy of the program is tested by theory and experiment.
