摘要
主要针对复杂机械结构,建立关于静态响应的均值和波动值随机边界积分方程,建立了新的强度类可靠性极限准则,提出了适用于构件静态响应统计特性分析的可靠性随机边界元法,编制了BECS可靠性随机边界元实用计算软件包,并就新研制的B67-30G制冷压缩机的连杆、曲轴等典型机械构件。
The paper is mainly about complex mechanical structural reliability research. The boundary integral equations about the mean value and the variance value of the response are formulated. The new strength limit criterion is introduced. Reliability Stochastic Boundary Element Method to analyze the statistic characters of structural static response and structural reliabilty is presented. Then the computer soft package (BECS) for reliability calculation is designed. Finally,the method is applied in engineering structural reliability analysis and design, such as the connecting rod, crankshaft of the B67 30G new refrigeration compressor.
