金属高温应力松弛行为研究

RESEARCH ON STRESS RELAXATION OF METALS AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURE

根据高温下金属应力松弛的基本特征，提出用以描述应力松弛行为的表达式。该表达式可用于拟合松弛试验结果，并根据试验结果预测不同初应力时的应力松弛行为。本文还推导了重复加载条件下松弛剩余应力的计算公式。用不同材料试验数据的验证结果表明。

Based on the basic character of stress relaxation of metals at elevated temperature,a new expression is proposed,which can be used for fitting the experiment data and estimating the relaxation behavior at the same temperature for any other initial stress value.An approach is also deduced to predict the residual stress under conditions of reloading.The curves of stress relaxation obtaining from present method coincides with experiment results very well.
