摘要
2Cr13钢离子渗氮处理提高光滑和缺口疲劳极限的幅度与疲劳薄弱环节有关。氮化光滑试样的薄弱环节在表下,疲劳强度主要取决于心部性能,较调质态提高仅为25%,未能发挥氮化层性能潜力;缺口试样的薄弱环节在氮化层,疲劳强度主要取决于氮化层性能,较调质态提高达92%,使氮化层性能得到充分发挥。
Ionitriding treatment increases fatigue strength of 2Cr13 steel by different values for smooth and notched specimen due to the fatigue different weak links for the two kinds of specimens The weak link of ionitrided smooth specimens is below the surface,and its fatigue strength depends mainly on the property of the speciment core and can be increased only by 25 % to compare with quench tempering smooth specimen The property potential of iontriding layer can not be exploited The weak link of ionitrided notch specimen is at the surface,and its fatigue strength depends mainly on the property of ionitriding layer and can be increased by 92 % to compare with quenxch tempering notch speciment This means the potentials of ionoitriding layer in improving fatigue strength is brought into play The fatigue notch sensitivity factor q calculated with the smooth fatigue limit,which depends mainly on the property of the specimen core,and the notch fatigue limit,which depends mainly on the property of ionitrided layer,is unreal
