摘要
30个模型根管和23对新鲜离体人牙,经超声器械和手持器械根管预备后,对根管横断面的大小、形态、残余物及操作时间做了定量分析比较。结果:模型根管未显示出两种方法在根管扩大、成形方面的差别(p>0.05);离体牙根管土部也未显示出两种方法的差别,根管中部的扩大、清理效果都以超声组的较好(p<0.05),根管下部的扩大效果,超声组虽不如对照组(p<0.05),但清理效果仍略优。另外,用超声器械进行根管预备可节省时间。
Thirty artificial root canals and 46 fresh extracted human teeth,which had been pai-red on the basis of their anatomy location,were instrumented by an ultrasonic unit orhand instruments as control.Then,the roots were cross sectioned at three levels andevaluated for enlarging,shaping and cleansing.Instrumentation time was recorded also.The results showed as follows:No statistically significant difference between two methodswas found both in artificial root canals and cervical section of teeth;At the mid-level ofroot canals,the ultrasonically prepared group was superior to hand group as far as enlar-ging and cleansing were concerned.At the apical section of teeth,slightly cleaner rootcanals were given ultrasonically although the hand group showed better enlargement.Ul-trasonic instrumentation was significantly faster in preparing the root canal system thanhand instrumentation in this study.
