PPH治疗老年重度痔37例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Therapeutic Outcome of the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of 37 Senile Patients with Severe Hemorrhoids

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗老年重度痔的临床疗效，对37例65岁以上的老年重度痔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。手术均获成功。平均手术时间20min，平均出血量15ml，平均住院时间5d。随访5～26个月，术后无大出血及肛门狭窄等并发症，所有患者均治愈。结果表明，PPH治疗老年重度痔疗效较好，安全可靠。

The objective of this study was improve the therapeutic results of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of senile patients with severe hemorrhoids. The clinical data of 37 senile patients with severe hemorrhoids were analized retrospectively. Surgical operations for all the 37 cases were successful,the average operation duration of time was 20 minutes,the average blood loss was 15ml, and the average hospital stay was 5 days. plications as massive hemorrhage or anal better therapeutic outcome.
