中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎66例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Retention Enema with Traditional Chinese Herbs Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis：Analysis of 6 6 Cases

为探讨治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法，利用肠黏膜血液循环旺盛，吸收力强，药物可被肠黏膜直接吸收的特点，采用中药煎剂经肛门灌注治疗溃疡性结肠炎66例。结果显示，总有效率97．0％，其中治愈率达57．6％。结果表明，该疗法药物直接作用病灶，疗程短，见效快，方法简便易行，无毒副作用，患者无痛苦，用药经济合理，患者易于接受。

Application of traditional Chinese herbs decoction as retention enema was tried in the treatment ulcerative colitis in the study on the basis of intestinal mucosa characters of vigorous blood circulation and strong absorbability. Sixty six patients received such treatment. Results showed that the improvement rate and cure rate was 97.0% and 57.6% respectively. It is believed that this herbs decoction as retention enema therapy is simple,painless,acceptable, has no toxic ＆ side effect, can shorten the treatment course.
